Growing up in a musically oriented family, Nune started appreciating and loving music at a very early age. She performed in various competitions in both vocal and piano categories. She won the Concerto Competition at York University where she received a Bachelor degree in both Fine Arts and Education.
Among her many performances, Nune has participated in the productions of Floyd’s Susannah with Long Reach Opera Company and Carmen with Summer Opera Lyric Theatre.
Throughout her career as a performer and educator, Nune has developed a strong passion for Baroque music. Among some of the works that she performs as a soloist are: Handel’s Messiah, Dixit Dominus and Bach’s St. John Passion.
