Arieh Sacke – Tenor

Toronto-born tenor Arieh Max Sacke completes his tenure this season as a Calgary Opera McPhee Artist, where his stage credits include Gherardo in Gianni Schicchi, Basilio in Le nozze di Figaro, the Minister and Chauffeur in The Witty Squirrel, and the title role in Beauty & the Beast. Other recent roles include Giuseppe in La traviata
(Cincinnati Opera), Ferrando in Così fan tutte (Opera by Request), and Don Ramiro in La Cenerentola (COSA Canada). Arieh was previously a Digital Emerging Artist with Manitoba Opera and a Festival Artist with Opera Saratoga. A frequent oratorio soloist, Arieh has sung with several organizations throughout Ontario and also appears this season as Uriel in The Creation with the Toronto Beach Chorale. He attained his Master of Music from the University of Cincinnati College–Conservatory of Music following undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto.
